Your session is hosted by an experienced sleep consultant - either Amy or Libby.

Amy is our Family Services Manager, a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant and a mum of three, including twins. She offers practical, realistic guidance tailored to the sleep needs of families with more than one baby.

Libby is a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and mum of three, including twins. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with families.

Both Amy and Libby use gentle and responsive sleep strategies, helping you build realistic and sustainable sleep habits.
