Chesterfield Twins and More Playgroup is a friendly group that meets on the second Monday and last Friday of the month from 10-11.30am. The group takes place at a council run children's centre and there are lots of toys for babies and preschoolers.

Snacks are provided for the children and there is always homemade treats for the adults! £2 per family. Family, siblings and friends who are part of your support network are welcome to attend.

Derby Twins Group was established in the 1980's by a group of twin mums and is still run by volunteers today. It hosts a friendly playgroup for twins, multiples and their siblings. Parents/carers can meet other parents of multiples to get advice and support and make new friends. Mums-to-be are very welcome too.

We have lots of play equipment suitable for newborn babies, toddlers and pre-school multiples and their siblings (including older siblings during school holidays). There is a safe play area for small babies.

Hot drinks and biscuits for adults and a healthy snack for children are included within the £3 admission price per family. Proceeds are used to fund the room hire, food, drink and extra activities for our Christmas party.

The playgroup is held in modern and spacious facilities with free on-site parking, changing facilities and microwave available. We meet once a month (except August) from 9:45am-12:00pm. We also have an off-site meeting in August, a Christmas party and relaxed social events for adults.

For the last 40 years Nottingham Twins & Triplets Club (NTTC) has given help and support to parents and carers of twins, triplets and more. The club was founded in 1978 by a local mum and has since gone from strength to strength. It is a peer-support group, run on a volunteer basis by a committee of Club members, and is a registered charity (Charity Number 1107090). NTTC supports more than 100 member families in Nottingham and surrounding Nottinghamshire districts and villages. We support parents of multiple births, both before and after their babies are born, right through to young adulthood.

Playgroups: multiples playgroups are welcoming environments where children can play and adults can chat and unwind with people who share experiences of life with multiples. If you’re expecting twins or more it’s great to go along before the birth to get insights into multiples parenting. "Buddy Network": it is often in the first few months after the birth that help and advice is most needed. We provide a "buddy network" linking up new and expectant parents of multiples with an experience local parent of multiples, as a source of immediate support by phone/text/email.

Social Events: we provide events with informative speakers and subsidised social meet-ups, both virtually and in-person (Christmas party, Pantomime/Theatre Visits, swimming sessions, day trips, family picnics, soft play, barbecues and other social events).

Baby Equipment: we have travel cots available for short term loan to members, free of charge. We support and encourage buying and selling of second hand baby equipment through our Facebook Group. We sometimes organise Nearly New Sales for members to sell unwanted clothes, toys or equipment to their peers.

Discounts: are available to club members from various retail outlets, play centres and local businesses.

Sherwood Twins and More is a parent-led, not for profit group that aims to provide opportunities for local families with multiples to connect and support each other. Our Twins at Totstime sessions are held at Sapcote Scout Centre every Monday morning, 10am till 11.30am (term time only). There is plenty of parking at the Scout Centre and space to bring your pushchair.

You are very welcome to come along when you are pregnant or when you have had your babies and can get out of the house.

Please rest assured in the knowledge that our families that attend are welcoming, friendly and supportive. Our dress code is 'whatever you have the time to put on'. We have 'Mummy Helpers' on hand to help you carry car seats, feed or just watch over while you nip to the toilet. Stevenage & Knebworth Twins Club are a friendly baby and toddler group run by families with twins or more. We meet for play sessions on the first and third Fridays of every month, 10am-11.30am at Knebworth Village Hall, Park Lane, Knebworth, SG3 6PD. Play sessions cost £4 per family (siblings are included in the price) and a helper can also attend with you for an additional 50p.

We sometimes have extra activities included in the price (e.g. baby sign, toddler cookery) etc and themed playgroups for special occasions e.g. Easter, Halloween, however there will always be an activity table/craft, plenty of toys, children's song time and probably most importantly a hot drink and welcoming, friendly chat for the adults! Every three months we host a 'bring and share' table for everyone to pass on their outgrown clothes and toys, and take home some new ones for free!

The Baby Village is a multiples group for parents and carers of babies from newborn to crawling stage.

There is parking available outside or on surrounding streets. No booking is required.

Edinburgh & Lothians Twins & Multiples Club provides support for parents of multiples in Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

We currently run three monthly playgroups in Portobello, Livingston and Dalkeith which give families the chance to have a play and meet other families of multiples.

Every two months we run a Getting Ready for Multiples class for expectant parents and we have yearly club wide events at Easter, Christmas and in the summer.

The East Surrey Twins Club was founded in 1994 and we have been supporting families with twins, triplets and more ever since.

We run a weekly Twins at Play (TAP) group. This is a great chance to meet and socialise with other parents and care givers while the children are able to play in a safe environment, with lots of toys and activities to keep them entertained.

The first time you visit is free, then it’s £5 (for members) and £7 (for non members) per family each week, with a discount for families under 1, and free for members under 6-months! This covers the session, snacks for the children along with a hot drink (tea or coffee) or squash and biscuits for parents.

We also offer a membership to all parents for £20 a year. You’ll pay a reduced weekly fee (as mentioned above) and you’ll be added to a WhatsApp Group of other parents of multiples where you can get support, advice and access to members events ie first aid courses and parties.

It's a really friendly, relaxed and supportive group. You're welcome to come along and say hi while you're pregnant too!

Farnham Twins and Triplets Group was formed in 1990 and membership is now around 40 families. We call ourselves the Twins and Triplets group but welcome higher multiple families as well.

Having 2 or more children of the same age can be an isolating experience and multiple pregnancies and births bring with them their own issues. Our main aim is to put families in touch with each other and offer them the chance to make friends, swap news, share information and benefit from mutual support.

We are run by a volunteer committee, members of whom are all parents to multiples and therefore understand the challenges and delights of multiple births.

We offer support, advice, reassurance and hopefully lots of fun. On what is, let's face it, an incredible adventure! Just remember; when you feel you can't go on; you're in the middle of endless nappy changes and feeding and you haven't slept for what feels like a decade, you will go into your babies room, and each one will give you their morning smile and the stress seems to ebb away. Your life will be constantly full of laughter, and the words mummy and daddy will soon resonate everywhere. And the cuddles, well, they will be endless and it will all be worthwhile.

We have a secret Facebook page for our members; come and meet us all virtually, and make some friends for life. For safety reasons our main Facebook page is a secret one. It is a very active page where our 200+ members chat, swap advice and tips. You can only gain access to our main Facebook page once you are a member of our Club. Baby Brews is run by a twin mum. They run twin specific meet-ups every few months, dates for which are shared on their website and Facebook group.

All twin parents can also book a standard Baby Brews session, at any location, and only pay for one baby. To do so all you must do is add the two names in the booking form and then you pay only for one.

Britains Parents of twins is an online group for parents of multiples within Britain.

This is a fantastic group for both mothers and fathers of twins and multiples. It offers support and advice to parents of twins of all ages, and now has over 9000 members.

Please note we verify all new requests to ensure the group stays a safe place for all our members.

Rwanda Twins Family in an organisation inspiring twins, triplets, quadruplets and their parents of Rwanda to be the strongest social enterprise or foundation committed to impacting and changing the life of twins, triplets and more and their parents and carers.

They help our members to explore their potential to contribute to their personal development and human welfare through knowledge sharing, training, meet-ups, social events and other agreed activities improving lives.

Over the past 5 years they have been organising Rwanda Twins' Day and have provided support for some of their members and their families in need. Twins, triplets and quadruplets come from different areas of Rwanda to attend the special event.

Since 2012 they have 652 registered members. Starting from January 2018 they have 271 twins parents gathered in a Twins' Parents Association.
