Online support gatherings

Our small group sessions cover a variety of topics to reflect the different ways that grief can show up.

At Twins Trust, we understand that grieving the loss of one or more babies from a multiple birth is a deeply personal and unique experience.

Our online bereavement support groups are designed to provide a safe, inclusive and understanding space for every individual navigating life after the loss of twins, triplets or higher-order multiples.

A supportive space, shaped by lived experience

We've carefully curated a series of bereavement support groups for families of twins and triplets to reflect the many ways grief can unfold. These online gatherings are hosted by trained facilitators and shaped by the lived experiences of our community. All are welcome, regardless of the timing, type or circumstances of loss.

Suggest a topic

If you have ideas, questions or suggestions for future online support group topics for bereaved families of multiples, we want to hear from you. Reach out to Chloe, our Bereavement Officer, at bereavementsupport@twinstrust.org.

You don't have to walk this path alone. Through each gathering, we hope to offer not only support but a sense of shared strength, remembrance and hope.
