Why join a triplets and more drop-in
It combines expert-led themed sessions with peer connection. Families can use the sessions to share tips, ask questions, celebrate milestones and build confidence, while hearing from people with both professional expertise and lived experience of triplets.
How it works
The drop-in is hosted online on the first Tuesday of every month, 1pm to 2pm. Regular drop-in topics include under-1s, behaviour and sleep, with some additional evening sessions featuring guest speakers and personal stories.
Each session is hosted by Twins Trust's Senior Support Practitioner, Gemma. She has supported more than 70 triplet families during her 10 years of working at Twins Trust as well as being a parenting trainer.
Each session includes guided discussion, practical tips and time to share experiences, ask questions and find encouragement.
Under 1s drop-in
A warm, supportive online drop-in for families with triplets under one, with practical tips, encouragement and space to connect.
The first year with triplets can feel intense, exhausting and full of questions. This session is designed to offer practical ideas and a supportive space to talk things through with others who understand.
Behaviour drop-in
Practical behaviour support for parents of triplets and more, with realistic strategies, expert guidance and the chance to connect with other families facing similar challenges.
Parenting three children at the same stage can bring lots of behaviour challenges. This drop-in helps you feel more confident, supported and better equipped to handle the ups and downs of triplet behaviour.
Sleep drop-in
Practical sleep support for families with triplets and more, including expert advice on routines, naps, night waking and making sleep feel more manageable. This drop-in is designed to give you strategies to help improve sleep routines, alongside reassurance and time for questions.
The session welcomes Stephanie Modell, a triplet mum, sleep specialist and author of The Baby Sleep Guide. She brings both personal and professional insight into the sleep challenges that come with raising triplets.
Evening drop-in
An evening online drop-in with personal stories, lived experience and supportive conversation for triplet families.
This session offers families the chance to hear directly from people with personal experience of being a triplet and of parenting triplets through childhood and beyond. It is a supportive, story-led conversation, helping parents feel less alone and more informed about the years ahead.
The session always welcomes Joanne, who is herself a triplet, to share her personal experiences of growing up with her triplet sisters.
